When switching to EndNote 20, if you are using EndNote X9.2 or earlier, you will need to convert your library when it is opened the first time. Features such as citing in Word Online and Google Doc is on the enhancement list. More features will be released in the coming year. You can insert multiple citations by using the Ctrl key to select and copy a number of references at the same time.You can also use the Shift key to select a block of references or Ctrl-a to select all references.
